Wellspring Physical Therapy is located in the heart of Midway at 
37 West Main Street.

From Heber City, go west on 100 South (Hwy 113) 3 miles, this road becomes 
Midway's Main Street.


From Park City, take Hwy 40 south. Turn right on River Road (Hwy 3130, the 
first stoplight after Jordanelle Dam). At the round-about, stay on River 
Road, 2nd exit as it turns south and intersects Main Street at a stop sign. 
Turn right.

From Provo, follow Hwy 189 up Provo Canyon. Turn left at Charleston on to 
Hwy 113 and follow to Midway. Turn left at the stop sign on to Main Street.

The office is in a red brick house on south side of the street. Parking is 
along the west side of the building after turning into the gas station 
entrance.
